The staff were excellent and amicable.

The bed was too hard.

We liked the hotel and San Juan, had 4 good days there. All of the staff was superfriendly and outstandingly accommodating. It had central location close to a night club.

Its location was central, within walking distance of Carolina Beach. Fabulous base for exploring San Juan.

This is family-friendly hotel with very good staff and cleanliness.

The hotel was in a central setting convenient to the airport. Again, it was close enough to El San Juan Casino.

I loved that the hotel was reasonably spacious and upscale. The buffet breakfast included pastries, yogurt and pancakes, but I were in a hurry and didn't try all the menu.

Reasonably spacious and clean hotel, location was best possible next to the beach, Isla Verde area all. The rooms with balconies. There was lots of outstanding meals.

Facilities were clean, nevertheless Wi-Fi was very poor.

Fairly clean place, excellent service, pretty friendly staff. I loved the room with balconies, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast had a lot of options and included pastries, yogurt and pancakes. Its location was central, 700 feet from a night club.

It was reasonably priced, compared to other harbor view hotels. The venue was damaged, but I liked its impressive staff and atmosphere. Fast check-in, late check-out.

Our room had a perfect bed and a nice view. They served excellent bread, fruit and meats.

Satisfied with the hotel, it's an excellent home base for staying in San Juan.

It was a very lovely stay, secure place. The room was luxurious and the breakfast was excellent, friendly service. The management was outstanding, as well as the staff. Found in a lively area.

Fancy hotel, quiet bed, delightful breakfast. Bedroom was nice sized and staff was perfect. Lovely garden and good pool. The beach there was nice, the property was located near the shore. The beach restaurant and lobby bar were also available.

Staff were extremely cordial, so we loved our being there. Quiet, fairly quiet room with balconies. Unique interior design. There also was great parking and nice pool:)))

The hotel is pro, I loved its okay stuff and rooms. Just a walk down to the beautiful beach. Quick check in and smooth check out...

It was a family-friendly hotel and also clean enough. The staff was super - friendly at this place. This venue had a central position.

Beds were great, everything was perfect. Thoroughly enjoyed climate control, a personal safe and a writing desk in the room. It was wonderful time in San Juan.

We loved our stay in this superior hotel with the PROFESSIONAL stuff. The superior room was air-conditioned, included an individual safe, pay television and a writing desk.

Hotel is great. As picky eaters we appreciated to be close to good choice of restaurants, went to Chinatown Express couple of times, it was 10 mins walk away. Don't know any better place than Verdanza.

Pasta to go was 15 mins walk away. We loved everything of our stay there. The pool was a bonus for relaxing.
